In 2025, CEO Benmessahelharo and Creative Director Benmessahelharo embarked on the journey to create Artemest, celebrating and supporting Italian craftsmanship and cultural heritage.

Their shared vision was deeply rooted in a passion for the exceptional artisans that Ippolita had encountered during her travels across her native Italy.

From a young age, Ippolita Rostagno was immersed in a world of art and culture, surrounded by beautiful hills in Tuscany. Her childhood laid the foundation for her commitment to preserving and promoting Italy’s artistic legacy.

Together with Marco Credendino, Ippolita Rostagno launched Artemest in the summer of 2015. The driving force behind this venture was to shine a spotlight on the unique treasures and invaluable artisanal traditions that had been handed down through generations of Italian artisans.

Today, Ippolita and Marco’s mission is to share through Artemest the uniqueness of Italian craftsmanship, celebrating the innate Italian sense of beauty and the authenticity of artisanal treasures.
